I Love Food
It is amazing how much I enjoy food. It is so nice to take something as simple as a hamburger and make it better.
This afternoon I got home from work took ground beef added Worcestershire sauce and worked it through the meat.
Then turned it into a very flat oval pattie, on one side I put a few thin pieces of Monterey Jack cheese.
Then folded the pattie over into a round pattie with the cheese in the center.
Next add some steak seasoning to the out side of the burger, and place it in the frying pan, placing a cover on it to keep in all the juices.

I really love food. Its a good thing I can cook. I could never afford to eat like this if I had to go out to find it.

Set up by my iPOD.

Today I'm working listening to my music. I'm not totally paying attention to what is playing my music can go from Sinatra to death metal. Next thing I know there are tears streaming down my face. At first freaked out because I have no idea what brought it on. AMAZING GRACE. I've buried so many people to that song. I just caught me at the right time and a few of my employees saw a side of me they never have. They might be slightly more frightened than before. =)

Just a weird occurrence I figured I'd share.

Is it spring yet? I think its time to stop hibernating. Quick update. Still working like a fiend, but looking to take some time to secure a little sanity. Still single, It almost seems terminal, but hey every now and again you need to stand alone. Thank god for such a tame winter. The motorcycle has been out any time the temp went over 50. =) That is a goodthing for everyone... There are a couple people I have been in touch with recently and gladly they are doing well. with exception of one who gets all my love and prayers. Health is good, Condo is great, planning a journey to see old friends soon, just waiting for a change in the weather. Styles with be one of the first. I miss my brother. Well if you took the time to read this drop me a line. I am trying to emerge from the cave and I'm looking for a little help.

Sleep is good
Well, Its monday. Thank god I didn't have to work at 4am this morning. All is well still smiling from the weekend. Breakfast has been made and consumed, shower has been taken, laundry is started and heading out to enjoy the last day of my vacation. Bike ride is in my future I think.

This was a great weekend. It was nice to have a version of the old starfire booth back together. Everyone had a great time this weekend and the booth was great. Nice cross breeze, great traffic area to keep busy, and SHADE. The fact that we weren't hiding from the sun by 5 o'clock was awesome. I didn't even put sunscreen on saturday and amazingly enough I didn't turn red, atleast until sometime after midnight. That ofcourse was from a Snipe comment ;-)

There were a lot of highlights from the weekend. starting friday and going straight through till my departure last night. Bethany and I actually got down time together with out some drama finding us. Not sure how it happened, but not complaining. Tasha and Catherine back on site, I missed them so very much. Alison and I got a chance to talk for the first time in years and if she didn't run out of smokes I think we still my be there talking :-). Met an interesting new friend, unfortunately she isn't staying for the duration, just two more weeks. Working with Mark and playing with Anna, She actually made me bounce twice yesterday. Don't ask. Last but not least. Not only did my brownies come out good this weekend, but my fudge was a hit.

It was just great to see everyone and keep busy. I reminded my why I started faire to begin with. I had so much fun this weekend that I am now and again the newest employee of the Starfire Swords.

See you all at faire this season.

I wrote the story myself. It's about a girl who lost her reputation and never missed it.

The greater part of what my neighbors call good I believe in my soul to be bad, and if I regret anything it is very likely to be my good behavior. What demon possessed me that I behaved so well?

Quote and then some
Yesterday was my Nephew/Godson Daniel's first holy communion. I was very proud to see him growning up and taking all the steps to becoming a man I did.

We had a very small gathering at my sisters following. It is always great to be surrounded by family and friends. We played baseball, volleyball, soccer, and even roasted marshmellows. From the roasting mashmellows I will draw my quote of the day.

There was a few of us around the fire sticks in hand ages ranging from 35 to 5. My nephew Daniel had his marshmellow become a fireball on a stick at which point he made a joke about shaking the stick and launching the marshmellow. At this time someone told him not to he might set his younger brother on fire. Drew age 5, Daniels younger brother turned and set as if point of fact.
"Don't worry, I'll just stop, drop, and roll."

I just thought it was funny, mainly since it was so unexpected. I almost snarfed my marshmellow. That could have been messy.

I know not many people share my enthusiasm for this day of the week. First off, I don't work mondays, second and most important, I get to spent time with my nephews.

Today we played baseball in my folk yard untill their mom(my sister) call us in. Damn those street lights! It was a tough game. first off it was two against one. I was the pitcher, the infield, and the outfield. I was not the favorite in this match up. Oh yeah, and I lost, badly.

very tired, very sore, but smiling from ear to ear.
